The Real Meal Revolution by Tim Noakes has really taken South Africa by storm and is fast becoming popular in Australia and New Zealand.

So the question is: Can butter, or even bacon, be good for you?  I wouldn’t go quite that far, but but recent studies have challenged what we all grew up believing about fat.
